Why has my payment failed?

Your payment may have failed due to the following reasons:

  • You entered incorrect credit or debit card details such as your name on the card, card number, expiration date, card security code or the 3D secure PIN.
  • Card details you entered are not valid or need to be updated.
  • Your card may be blocked.
  • You closed or refreshed the page or pressed backspace while the transaction was being processed by your bank.
  • The connection between Trepup and your bank failed, and the transaction could not be completed.
  • Your bank is facing a technical issue.
  • You may be using a card that is not accepted on Trepup. Find out which cards are accepted.
