What are the return guidelines?

Here are the guidelines for returns on Trepup:

• The item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
• The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused and directly purchased from Trepup. Goods and services purchased from third-party sellers through the e-commerce platform provided by Trepup are subject to the Commerce Policy.
• Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Trepup’s Returns Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
