Refund policy
This Refund policy forms an integral part of Trepup's (hereafter "Trepup", "we" or "us") policies which govern your access to and use of Trepup's products, including without limitation the use of the content on Trepup's website, products and services (collectively the "Products", each a "Product").
The use of our Products is also subject to our Terms of service, the Privacy policy and the Anti-spam policy. By using our Products, you (hereafter "User" or "you") agree to use them in accordance with these terms and policies.
Please go through this Refund policy in detail, and contact us if you have any questions or require any clarifications.
1. Refund conditions
We accept refund requests subject to the following conditions:
1. Refunds must be claimed within 30 days upon purchase of the Product.
2. Refunds will not be given for any Product used.
3. Trepup does not bear any responsibility and hence does not deal with any refund/return/exchange claims in terms of its Products' incompatibility with third-party software, such as add-ons, extensions, modules, plug-ins, scripts or search engines, other than such being compatible pursuant to a Product's description available on the respective preview page. Trepup does not guarantee that its Products are entirely compatible with all email systems.
2. Refund process
When you cancel an order of our Products subject to the Refund conditions in Section 1 of this policy, refunds are made as per the method of payment used at the time of purchase. We accept either credit cards or debit cards as payment methods.
You will receive your refund within a time-frame of 2-5 business days. If you have not received the refund within this default time-frame, please contact your bank or your credit or debit card issuer for further information. Please always keep us up-to-date concerning your refund details in order to avoid any disruptions.
You will not be charged any additional fees to issue refunds. If you cancel an order of our Products before 15 minutes after your purchase, you will get a complete refund with no charges deducted, and after 15 minutes, partial fees may or may not be deducted.
If you have made a purchase in a currency differing from your home currency and subsequently request a refund of that transaction, the refunded amount may differ from the original transaction amount as a consequence of variable exchange rates.
3. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund policy from time to time, and if we do, we will post any changes on this page. If we believe that a revision is material, we may notify you. We further reserve the right to determine the most appropriate manner of providing notifications to you, and you agree to receive notices electronically if we so choose. You are advised to review the policy periodically. Your continued access or use of Trepup once a revision becomes effective will mean that you accept the revised policy and agree to be bound by such policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, please stop using our Products.
