Returns Policy

This Returns Policy forms an integral part of Trepup's (hereafter "Trepup", "we" or "us") policies which govern your access to and use of Trepup's products, including without limitation the use of the content on Trepup's website, products and services (collectively the "Products", each a "Product").

The use of our Products is also subject to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and other policies (collectively the "Policies"). By using our Products, you (hereafter "User" or "you") agree to use them in accordance with the Policies.

This Returns Policy exclusively refers to Products directly purchased from Trepup. Goods and services purchased from third-party sellers through the online marketplace provided by Trepup are subject to the Commerce Policy.

Please go through this Returns Policy in detail, and contact us if you have any questions or require any clarifications. This Returns Policy applies to all Users irrespective of their geographical location.

1. Returns

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a Product to us. You will be entitled to return a Product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this Returns Policy if:

(a) We receive the returned Product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the Product;

(b) the Product is unused and not different from what was shipped to you; and

(c) you comply with the procedures set out in this Returns Policy in relation to the return of the Product.

2. How refunds are issued

Subject to the refund conditions set forth in this Returns Policy, refunds are made as per the payment method used at the time of purchase. Trepup accepts credit and debit cards and a variety of other online payment methods. You will not be charged any additional fees to issue refunds. Refunds are issued in the currency you used for your original payment.

It will take 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund. If the standard time frame as mentioned has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.

If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit or debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, or if we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, the refund will be issued through a demand draft. We will send you an email asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, the refund will be initiated. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.

3. Exclusions

We do not consider refund/replacement claims due to the following:

(a) The Products’ incompatibility with third-party software, such as add-ons, extensions, modules, plug-ins, scripts or search engines.

(b) Any Product made to your specification.

(c) Any Product made to order.

(d) Any Product personalized or adapted for you.

(e) Gift vouchers.

4. How are changes to this Returns Policy made?

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time, and if we do, we will post any changes on this page. If we believe that a revision is material, we may notify you. We further reserve the right to determine the most appropriate manner of providing notifications to you, and you agree to receive notices electronically if we so choose. You are advised to review this Returns Policy periodically. Your continued access or use of Trepup once a revision becomes effective will mean that you accept the revised policy and agree to be bound by such policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, please stop using our Products.
