Policy announcement: 12 May 2023
From 12 May 2023, any use or access of Trepup will be governed by our new and updated Policies. For more details, go to the Policies page.
New policies
- To enable you to take your business to the next level, we are introducing our new Subscriptions policy. Paid subscriptions can give you access to the complete suite of Trepup business productivity and allow for a bundle of up to five Trepup services in one easy-to-manage subscription plan. To find out more about our subscription plans, refer to the Plans & Pricing page.
- While you can sell and advertise almost anything on Trepup, maintaining the safety and well-being of our community is a responsibility we take very seriously. For this reason, our new Prohibited Items policy prohibits items that are generally illegal and can cause harm to others. If you are unsure if an item is allowed, please take a look at our Prohibited Items policy.
Policy updates
We have updated our existing policies to make them readily accessible and easy to read. As part of the update, we have
- inserted new titles and abridged list items to enable you to find relevant policies quickly.
- removed duplications to minimize the number of applicable rules.
- clarified the ways you can protect your intellectual property and the restrictions placed on your use of third-party intellectual property on Trepup, the user generated content that we prohibit, as well as your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.
