Trepup Spam Policy
Effective: 30 June 2025
Stopping abuse, preserving communication
At Trepup, trust and respect are foundational to every interaction across our store‑embedded, socially powered ecosystem. This Trepup Spam Policy ("spam policy") outlines our firm stance against spam, ensuring that interactions on the Trepup platform remain meaningful, secure, and free from abuse. Spam — unwanted or unsolicited messages, particularly those intended for advertising, phishing, or malware distribution — undermines user trust and disrupts communication. It applies to all forms of electronic communication on Trepup, including system‑generated messages, platform notifications, and user interactions across stores, social content placements, and profiles. The platform supports only in‑platform notifications and direct messaging, as permitted under the Trepup Terms of Service ("terms of service"). Communication features are limited to platform‑based tools and essential system notifications.
This spam policy works in tandem with the terms of service and the Trepup Legal Policies ("legal policies") to address spam‑related concerns comprehensively. For clarity, any capitalized terms not defined here will carry the meanings assigned to them in the terms of service. This spam policy is designed to be globally fair, accessible, and in step with Trepup's commitment to trust, clarity, and compliance.
By adhering to these standards, you contribute to a cleaner and more enjoyable Trepup experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us uphold these values.
