Login and Password

To change your Trepup password:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Security and login, click Edit.
4. Enter your password
5. Enter your new password twice.
6. Click Save.

To reset your Trepup password:

1. Go to Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Send a Password Reset Email.
4. Check the email account associated with your Trepup Account.
5. Look for an email with the subject line "Reset your password on Trepup".
6. Open the email and click Reset Password.
7. Enter your new password twice on the Reset Password page and click Change Password.

If you didn't receive your password reset email, here are some things that you can try:

• Check the spam/junk folder of the email account linked to your Trepup Account.
• Try to reset your password again.

Consider these suggestions to increase the strength of your password:

• It should be hard to guess. Don't include your name, business name, birthday or any other easy-to-guess words.
• It should be different than the passwords you use for other accounts.
• It should have 8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers and special characters. Longer passwords are usually more secure.

We need to make sure that the Trepup Account belongs to you before we let you reset your password. We will send a password reset email to your registered email address to help you create a new password.

We can't send you a copy of your Trepup password without resetting it.

If you're having trouble logging in or remembering your password, you can reset it. You'll need access to the email account associated with your Trepup Account to successfully reset your password.

If you're logged in to your Trepup Account, you can change your password.
