Profile and Settings

To find Trepup settings:

1. Log in to your Trepup Account.
2. Click your photo at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click Settings.

Settings include:

• Your Orders
• Your Addresses
• Your Payment Options
• Login and Security

To change your name on Trepup:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Personal information, click Edit next to Name.
4. Update your name and click Save.

You can go back to your previous name within 48 hours of a name change. However, after 48 hours, you cannot change your name for the next 60 days.

You can change your name only twice on Trepup.

To change your birthday on Trepup:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Personal information, click Edit next to Birthday.
4. Update your birthday and click Save.

To change your gender on Trepup:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Personal information, click Edit next to Gender.
4. Make your selection and click Save.

To change your email address:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Contact, click Edit next to Email address.
4. Click Change email address.
5. Update the email address and click Save.

To complete the process, verify your email address.

When you create a custom username on Trepup, keep in mind:

• Your username must have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 60 characters.
• Your username must contain letters (a–z).
• Your username can also contain numbers (0–9) and hyphens.
• Your username cannot contain only numbers, only hyphens, or a combination of numbers and hyphens.
• Hyphens cannot be at the beginning or end of the username. Your username cannot have consecutive hyphens.
• Your username cannot be the same as another username, Trepup business or user categories, or the name of a country.

To change your Trepup username:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Login and Security.
3. Under Personal information, click Edit next to Username.
4. Update your username and click Save.

Once you change your username, you cannot change it again for the next 60 days. You can change your username only twice on Trepup.

If the username you want isn't available, you'll need to pick a new one that's not taken yet. You can look at our rules for usernames to help you create a custom username.
